Here is a link for a new steam operation in SW Washington. The locomotives arrived today according to my father who followed the locomotives from the junction in Vancouver to Battle Ground, Washington. This makes the second new steam operation in the greater Portland, Oregon area with the addition of the Port of Tillimook Bay lease of a Heisler.
