Mr. Morang has a photo of the 1890 marble plaque over the louvered entry to the building and then talks about the plaque being removed before 2010. I wonder if the plaque was preserved? There is an Old Depot Museum in Vicksburg that might possibly be a depository for the plaque, or perhaps at some other location. Anyone know if it does, in fact, still exist?
