We are a small non-profit group that has technical backgrounds in the railroad business and related engineering with four decades of experience each. We have helped several railroads with project planning and management at little to no cost. We have the equipment to provide track inspection services and maintenance planning and other field operations support. We can also provide construction management and other field support.

Although we are not licensed land surveyors, we can help you in property and right of way issues and research as well as other engineering survey activities.

We are located in the Mid-Atlantic region but have worked across the country.

CE Mike - Interesting timing. Do you do bridge inspections? We have a 30’ through girder we’re looking to put back in service.

Hello Eric, we have helped with bridge inspections (thru and under-girder bridges). There are a number of logistical issues such as access, safety equipment and regulatory issues such as (State-owned?, FRA reports?, licensed on Ohio, etc.) We would love to talk to you and see what we could help you with. (I personally would love to see a thru-girder bought back into service.)
