You are right! I did not notice the Idaho National Laboratory logo on the property tag. Possibly reactor fill pump emergency generator engines judging by the water cooled alternators which would require no air flow from the outside. If so, it would probably be seismic rated but not MilSpec High Shock construction. The oil sump construction would generally be flat bottom, not marine type.
