A Happy Thanksgiving to all of our fellow steam and rail preservation friends here on RYPN. Wanted to provide youall a link to our October video update on the ongoing forebox work on the Reading 2100 in Cleveland. Your I terst and support is most welcome.

We have a mere $36,000.00 to go to raise the money needed to finish the firebox and prep the 2100 for a hydro and test fire by springtime.

Sincerely,

Rob Gardner

You guys have faced down so many problems and defeated them. This is a true preservation project. Those of us in the field know where you're at and where you've been. Keep up the positive work.

Rob, thanks for the update. You and your team certainly deserve an A + for not qiving up and for overcoming lots of obstacles.

I'd encourage all my fellow steam lovers to make a donation if they can.

Best of good luck finishing her by next spring. Ross Rowland

Dick and Ross,

Thank you for the kind words. It is much appreciated. We have an excellent and dedicated group of volunteers which excellent professional support from our boiler contractor.

As always, this project, like all others, moves at the speed of money. We couldn't get to where we have without the steady and ongoing support of our many contributors. More is needed. $36,000.00 to be specific, on the firebox. She, as each of you considers your year end giving options, please consider further participation in the 2100 restoration!

Sincerely,

Rob Gardner
