The cookies have been acting up since I moved the Interchange to the new location. Or, perhaps it would be more accurate to say indiviudals' cookies have not been behaving since the move.

Well, here's an answer:

If you go to the following URL:

http://64.226.170.141/cgi-bin/Interchange.pl

your cookies will work perfectly.

If you go to this URL:

http://www.rypn.org/cgi-bin/Interchange.pl

your cookies will misbehave.

So, if cookie behavior is high on your list of priorities, you might wish to make sure your bookmarks (favorites) are set to the right URL. If not, don't worry about it (but don't complain either:-).

Still don't know why the e-mail notification won't work right. Another time, another place.....
