Who is restoring the two Davenports and posting Utube videos Wreck to Restored documenting the process. I understand that the locomotives location is being kept under wraps to protect them and the owners, but I just wondered if anyone knows these people. They must have resources because they have got a lot done in a year, especially restoring the unrestorable.

Well, doing a little detective work, one of the links in the video description is to the Inland NW Rail Museum - where, on their Collections page, is a link to two-foot Davenport #9. Unless they've sold or de-accessioned the locomotive to this person, and the website hasn't been updated, there stands a chance that this person is affiliated with the museum.
