I continue to get calls to do research for authors and organizations.

Friends, just so you will know, everything (About 110 shelf feet) is now at the Barriger Library.

If it had been possible to scan everything before it left, I would have, but it was not.

Several days of 16mm films
Notes and hi-8 mm tapes recording interviews with industry personnel

Added Baldwin technical studies of Alco and EMC diesels to the Barriger Flickr albums.

Similar studies by Alco and EMD may be posted later if my computer skills hold up.

I have notified all the organizations where I was a member that my collections are at the library.

So far only two have told their members, such is the present state of communication in the hobby.

Thanks again for placing your technical materials in a public forum, Preston. It's about sharing knowledge so it doesn't get lost beyond retrieval.

According to the year-end report we posted 6,300 more images this year that got 1.7 million more views than would have happened if the materials had been just sitting in storage somewhere.
