I noticed on a recent picture of 611 at NCTM that C&O F unit 8016 is still at spencer. What is this locomotive doing there? I know it came for streamliners at spencer but doesn't it belong to the Potomac Eagle?

As you may know, this unit is former CSX 116 and before that Clinchfield Railroad 800. The locomotive is owned by Ed Bowers (VLIX) and is being stored at NCTM for the time being. Eventually the plan is for her to be restored as CRR 800 along with B unit 852 which is stored at TVRM in Chattanooga, TN. I hope this helps.
