I've been authorized to post this, this is everything in Rusk and Palestine that is pending 'disposition' or just plain scrapping. I've been officially told that if there's something somebody wants, offers are being accepted. Remember that the Texas State Railroad Authority is the legal owner if if the Texas & Eastern is the operator, but the decision at the last TSRA board meeting was to simply solicit offers, and it's an 'as is where is' and there needs to be a statement of how it would be removed from the property as well as a timeline. Nothing on that list is anticipated to be able to be moved out on its own wheels. |
