This is for Texas State Railroad in Rusk - combo unit swap on their rebuilt Alco RS.

Not sure if anyone just might have a set in the backshop they don't really need any longer, but I'll open it up to the museum community here just in case. You get the existing ones back that have thin wheels on the swap. Bid due August 8, actual swap not until January.

This is state funded so it has to be bid.
