11 pieces of equipment (9 boxcars; 1 ATSF businees car; 1 ATSF baggage car) are for sale in California

Seems like OMR pricing. I was under the impression that the passenger cars were ex Western Pacific, having looked at them maybe 20 years ago.
Does anyone know the history of the equipment?

This place was likely another project of the firm based in Napa which made most of the Victorian Station restaurants.

These cars have dropped off of Ozark and are still available, though the property owner wants to have the site cleared by April. I'd guess that pricing is pretty flexible.

I'd also guess that the scrapping of the reefers has already started.

The business car is former Santa Fe business car #9, built in 1928 by Pullman-Standard. More extensive drawings are available at the IRM's Pullman Library but CSRM has uploaded this floor plan:

The car is fairly intact, though its missing interior doors, DR built-ins and its kitchen. The bathroom was removed and made into a hallway when it was connected to the antique mall in the '70s.

Most of the bedrooms still have their berths and one original ceiling light survives. The annunciator call box in the porters' room is still there.

The car sits on roller bearing trucks, which it received in the '50s. Interestingly, it still features its original operable single-hung sash. Many of these on the exposed side of the car are in rough shape. I did come up with a source for new Fijian mahogany sash for those interested.
