From facebook (I am not associated): "Plymouth locomotive available in Central Illinois. Was used at Fiat-Allis plant in Springfield IL. I don’t have much info about it, just posting it here for the owner. It’s a part of an estate and subject to be scrapped soon. For more info call Rod at 217-370-3692." Last photo is in use several decades ago. Allis-Chalmers (later Fiat Allis) closed its Springfield plant in 1985, so it likely has been sitting there since then.
