Post subject:  Armspear 28A marker light

We are looking for an Armspear Manufacturing Co marker light, stamped model 28A, we have one and would like to find a mate so we can "display the markers" on the coaches of our excursion train. Also any parts, especially the internal ones, such as wicks, mantles, cones etc. An operating instruction and parts breakdown would be useful as well. Please see attached photo. If you have one, please PM me or call the Stewarstown Railroad office number. Thanks!

Hard to tell from that angle if yours is a 2 x 5 3/8 + 2 x 4 1/2, a 1 + 3 or all 4 1/2, but here's a starting point for the former if you didn't see it. Price is a little high for the condition but not too high for an Armspear. Needs some proper lenses and a fount/burner. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-ARMSPE ... SwMdZbhEmz
And a fount/burner - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-Vtg-Ea ... Swl5dZcSS- - not a proper chimney but Woody Kirkman has them https://www.lanternnet.com/Merchant2/me ... tern-Parts, along with wicks https://www.lanternnet.com/Merchant2/me ... ement-Wick and parts.

If you want matching Armspears, keep in mind that Armspears came in narrow body or wide body (your pic is of a wide body) and any combination of 4 1/2 or 5 3/8 lens sizes. Also, while 28A is often referred to as a lamp model, IIRC it's really just the part number of the bracket. Good luck.
