Caboose can be used as functional part of train, office, apartment or getaway cabin. Rubber-sheet roof and windows are tight (no leaks). Ideal as a souvenir or "snack car" on a passenger or caboose train.
Interior completely remodeled with lightly-stained T&G siding, thick insulation, wired for 110 VAC and computer access. 100% open floor plan. Adding storage cabinets and cupola seating requires no removal of existing walls or floor. All original hardware is on carbody.
