The Borough of Verona, PA, working with the local historical society is seeking a caboose that would become the housing for a local history display and archive. Verona is located on the former PRR Allegheny Valley Div., and is now served by the Allegheny Valley RR. The borough offices are immediately adjacent to the AVR trackage. A PRR caboose would be preferred, but any decent steel car would be considered. Contact person is Sylvia Provenza, phone 412-828-9542.
