Pyle National Headlight from a Canadian Pacific Railway 4-6-2 #2209 G1 series I have no connection to seller or any interest in this sale. DLS has nice full size equipment for sale from time to time! http://www.discoverlivesteam.com/discoverforsale/forsale/1_boivin/index.htm |

Nice item! And, at that price the owner will be enjoying it for a LONG time! |

Sure would like a better one for our CPR 1246 (ours has a broken reflector), but that price is a bit steep. More elaborate headlights (side number boards, etc) go for less. Howard P. |

The front closure ring having the alfa/numeric casting mark: "1417 MO" dates this one slightly older than some of the other 1920 -1925 versions and its probably closer to the 1925 year model or later. Around 1925 P-N produced both this and the cast aluminum sloped back versions for years after 1925. Its the same basic design as the P-N on the Southern 4-6-2 in the Smithsonian, but this one is without the side board parts and visor. |
