The Carrie Furnaces National Historic Landmark has plans to recreate a long scrapped blast furnace transfer car for display and operation. We plan to build the car from the ground up based on photos and plans of the original Atlas Car & Mfg. Co. car. The original car was equipped with arch bar power trucks. I am looking for a set of trucks to retrofit into power trucks. Preferably 33" dia. wheels, 5 1/2" x 10" journals, but I won't be picky.

Suggest contacting Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association, near Mechanicsburg and Dillsburg, PA, about 5 miles south of the Gettysburg Pike, US 15 interchange of the turnpike. prr643@hotmail.comhttp://www.wix.com/prr643/wgrr1#!HOME/mainPage
