The Rochester & Genesee Valley Railroad Museum is restoring Lehigh Valley Railroad caboose #95100. The Lehigh installed electric in the caboose at one time, and installed Crouse Hinds AR6301 receptacles in the sides of the caboose. These are similar to the receptacles found on most Conrail cabooses of which the #95100 eventually became.
The #95100 came to the museum with just one of the receptacles installed. The other was removed. The receptacle we do have has a crack in the hinge so the museum is seeking two replacement receptacles since we plan to reinstall the receptacles as part of our restoration.
