The Mid-Continent Railway Museum Restoration Department is in need of (1) 50' roll of cane webbing/rattan to complete a seat upholstery project. The rattan material must be at least 32" wide and be of the pattern shown in the attached photo.
We have been in contact with the usual suppliers (P. L. Butte and Inter-Mares Trading Co.) as well as Donald Curry who has previously coordinated rattan orders between various museums and none of them can fill our order.
In the event that you have an available source for the rattan or if you have a roll of 32" wide material that you'd be willing to sell, please contact me.
