Posted for Ron Olsen (who is getting me a replacement glass for my QJ headlight) in the interests of collectors and the general preservation movement. _______________________________________ "I am nearly finished making the arrangements for importing a container of Chinese steam locomotive parts into the US. If any members of the group missed the chance to buy a headlight or whistle while traveling in China, and you want one, I could add them to the order. They would be new, not taken off of a locomotive. The headlights would have the original curved glass. The deadline for orders is July 27, 2011, at 8 pm eastern US time. The container would likely arrive at a northeast US port in mid-late September. I can get any other part off of a Chinese steam locomotive, but if you want something like a lubricator, boiler check valve, etc., please contact me as soon as possible." Trevor, Are these parts the same general parts as those imported a few years ago by Multipower? |
