<P>At Hume's not-so-subtle request :-) I'd like to ask all our posters to take a moment to refresh themselves on the ground rules for this discussion forum. Some of you may be relatively new to our board, and may not have noticed the Guidelines and Rules link at the top of the board. If you have never clicked it, please do so now and review the ground rules.<p>This board has been and continues to be a terrific source for high-quality discussion of preservation-related topics. Our ground rules are intended to help keep it that way for everyone's benefit and enjoyment.<p>Thus far Hume and I have been relatively lassiez faire about enforcement, but going forward we will most likely be a little more strict. In particular, we would like to reiterate that this board does request the use of real names rather than screen names, and that this board welcomes and encourages reasoned discussion and disagreement, but does not tolerate flaming. In writing your comments please focus on issues, not personalities, and please reflect for a moment before clicking the Post Message button.<p>Once again thanks to everyone for participating in this Board and in Railway Preservation News.
