<P>On August 19 we are holding an auction at our shop site in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The auction items are 99% railroad oriented, and include some real gems! For example, there's a locomotive bell off a C&O steam locomotive, replica 765 and 2765 number plates, and even (are you paying attention, Mr. Wowak?) a reading T1 builders plate.<p>You can see a list of all the items we currently have by clicking the link below. There are several pictures there, including pictures of the items I mentioned above. New items are coming in almost daily, so this list will certainly get even bigger before the auction. And if any of you folks have an item or two you would be willing to donate to us for this auction, contact the people listed on the auction page in our web site.<p>The money raised from this auction goes towards our 20% match on the TEA-21 grant which we have received to overhaul the 765.<p>Remember...the 765 WILL run again.<p><br>Rich Melvin<br>FWRH Operations Officer NKP 765 Auction Page |
