Shay on display?

I spent some time trying to enhance the image to see if I can make out the top line of text on the water tank. The image is too small and too compressed for me to have any luck.

I spelunked "the details" and it is apparently a static display outside the "Logging Museum" built for the 1936 MN State Fair.

Wes Barris' list has no Shays in MN. I'm going to make a WAG that it was scrapped by, or during, WWII.
