| Post subject: | Chicago/SEPTA EL Cars From M&H to Fox River Museum |
The Friends of the Middletown & Hummelstown RR in Middletown, Pa. have reported on their Facebook page that the two ex-Chicago EL cars that were later run on the SEPTA Norristown High Speed Line (ex-Phila. & Western) before acquisition by the M&H (apparently for PCC-compatible spares, which proved not to be so compatible?) have departed Middletown for the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin, Ill., which has two "sister" cars in operation and one under restoration: https://www.facebook.com/groups/888697007830239/
