 Post subject: RailExCo Getting RTL III (Amtrak Turbo liners)

Well I said it back one more of these were available (most likely for free for a nonprofit). Railway Excursion Management company, have decided to acquire some of the surviving rebuilt Amtrak Turboliner III cars and use them in excursion services. Because after all there's nothing stopping you from hooking up an HEP equipped locomotive or an old switcher and power car and providing comfortable air conditioned rides to patrons, it just requires some Forward thinking and being willing to run some "not prototypically accurate consist"
