$673,300 [Grant from the NY State Passenger and Freight Rail Assistance Program] to Leatherstocking Railway Historical Society to expand its rail facilities in Cooperstown Junction, NY by acquiring additional real estate for a run-around track and equipment storage facilities adjacent to its property. The property acquisition and new tracks will enable operations to expand eight miles south of Milford to Cooperstown Junction, where there is an interchange with Norfolk Southern Railway.
