It's by no means over yet.

Even if the tourist lines themselves are spared, many Washington highways in tourist areas are being damaged, and repairs may take months at best.......

It's WashDOT, "months" is optimistic. It would take them a week to vote to evacuate if the building was on fire.

Fortunately, the major ones are mostly near main roads with minimal impact.

Northwest Railway Museum is located close to Interstate 90.
Chehalis-Centralia Railroad & Museum is very close to Interstate 5.
Both are in area that flood almost every year, which sometimes damages the track, but road access is usually restored quickly.

Mt Rainier Scenic Railroad is located up in the mountains a long way from any freeways. However, since it's the main access for the area, as well as the acces for Mt Rainier National park, road closures are usually repaired quickly. MRSR has always struggled with flooding, including a river channel moving and requiring construction of a new bridge. This year, so far things have been managable though still very challenging. They've been dumping rock like made to protect a section of the line.

Highway 2 is the one with the worst damage. There is a museum in Skykomish, with a live steam operation, but I'm pretty sure they're closed in winter. (Or somebody has to have a live steam rotary)

Given that, I think the impact on travel would be minimal. What's far more of an issue is all the damage around the state. I have no idea of the economic impact, could likely be billions. That's going to be a hit on all tourism stuff.
