The Edaville Theme park has been sold, and all the rides are going up for auction in April.. The park even under the new ownership of the Maine narrow Gauge & Machine Co,, of Wiscasset, Maine, has sold the property to King Richards Fair..
The park attendants of people coming into the park, has not been the same since the REAL Edaville, moved to Maine, under the name of the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad, of Portland, Maine .
Also the owners have started to move out the standard gauge equipment starting with the Tender of
ex Wolfboro RR 2-6-2 # 250 its next location is anybody's guess.

For more information on the Edaville sale I am sure you will find it on the internet. Pat.

Interesting photos at this link:

Website still up for the park:
https://edaville.com/

2022 article about the purchase by ML&M.
https://railfan.com/edaville-railroad-gets-new-operators/

According to this article, the site needs to be cleared by May 15:

I guess the profits from selling real estate on the back 40 of Edaville will help advance ML&M's objectives - which may include taking the trains with them??

Interesting that the one article states: "Edaville as it was will be no more. Most of the amusement rides at Edaville will be up for auction on April 30, according to a flyer from Norton of Michigan Auctioneers. Auctioned items also include animated dinosaur statues and a shooting gallery. The new owner will be keeping the larger trains that travel around the park, auctioneer Dan Satow said."

Including the following:

Quote:
What the 2023 season will look like is unknown at this point, but Fanslau said he’s optimistic that Edaville has some bright years ahead. While the amusement park will still be a big draw, Fanslau said he hopes to put a bigger emphasis on the railroad and bring Edaville back to its roots.

“Our goal is to keep Edaville going for a long time,” he said.

Apparently "for a long time" meant 2 years.

Brian Fanslau was just the operator, not the owner. I don't know the terms of his lease, but it appears the property was sold out from under him.

The tender was loaded and moved March 26th to North Grafton. Based on ML&MW Facebook posting this past week.
