1907 4-4-2 from the White City Amusement Park, Boise, ID

Does anyone know anything about a 4-4-2 scale steam locomotive that once ran at the White City Amusement Park in Boise, ID? It was built in 1907 by Roy Mitchell. I found pictures of it on Facebook:
