Information on a rail plate

Hello,
I have recently found a rail plate with "Rock Island on it with no other numbers that I can see. It is pretty rusted.

I was looking for any information about this item, what area it may be from and possible date used.

I don't know much about CRI&P but it's a screw spike tie plate. DL&W used screw spikes in the 20s and 30s, before going back to the cheaper and easier standard spikes.

DL&W mainline at Wilawana, 1930s.

They call those "tie plates"
