The Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, a state owned National Historic<br>Site, is experiencing financial difficulties. They are in need of<br>donations to help get the locomotives, track and passenger cars in good<br>repair for the 2000 operating season. Government funding will be slow in<br>coming.
