looks like the federal register doesn't like the address it gives out;<p>if you want to read the fine print go to:<p>http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/aces/aces140.html<p>then under date enter Nov. 16, 1999 and<p>"49 CFR part 211" in the search field and that will take you there<p>sorry for the earlier post's problems and again, here's to all living with it! <p>jim <br> jwrinn@charlotteobserver.com |
