A thought has crossed my mind, but if its ridiculous please don't hesitate to shoot it down! Has any consideration been given from the NC&StL 576 group towards acquiring the NC&StL dynamo car hiding at the bluegrass as a support car? It would definitely need work to put it in this type of service, but it would unite one historic piece from the steam era with an equally historic piece from the same railroad.
