I'm looking for a Western Union sign, probably a replica so I don't need to worry about theft. I've seen plenty of flat mounted signs, but would prefer a side-mounted sign like this one at Chama, NM: https://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-chama ... 96487.html Thank you for any leads. Regards, Joshua |

Here's one on ebay. Very rough but can be cleaned up a bit. No bids yet. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-Vintag ... :rk:2:pf:0 |

Good idea to use a reproduction if mounted on the exterior of a depot. And there are some decent ones out there to choose from that aren't expensive if need comes to replace one. I did that with our restored station in a community park. Unfortunately at the moment I have not seen any repros on the market that are double-sided with a side flange mount, but you could take two one-sided and mount them back to back to get that style, something I've thought about doing. |
