High Plains RR Preservations caboose meets 4004 maybe not for the first time in Cheyenne. Whilst the cosmetic return of 4004 goes on we felt it necessary to have an age appropriate site office and changing room for the project. 2516 will be connected to the containment for the asbestos remediation process as well.
