Try checking Steamlocomotive.com for their page on this engine and CB&Q 5632. They probably have some information related to it. |

I am not really impressed by the firing job. Way to much smoke, and are the pops lifting? |

Wow! Superb photography! Anyone know the story behind the "chase" and production of this film? I assume it was shot from an airplane. Are there comparable "chase films" from the 1960s? |

There is an out-of-print Sunday River video titled "The Complete 2102" that shows a helicopter chase of ex-Reading 2102 on the Western Maryland & B&O on a near-zero winter day in 1972 (not quite the 60s). It's a great few minutes on much now-abandoned trackage. Sometimes you can find a used one on Ebay. |
