If considering the Hampshire IL Super8 (at the intersection of I-90 and US-20) as an alternate hotel, be aware that they had a problem a few months ago where the tap water smelled strongly of sulphur. I found the smell objectionable, and chose to shower at the Museum, and brush my teeth with bottled water. I do not know if the problem still exists.
