I saw this posted on a local ad site, never seen one quite like this, thought I would share, it is Stamped "EF 128"

Don't know about the Headlight, but I can tell you that smaller lamp was widely used by CN for example, as a gauge lamp, also on tenders to illuminate the deck above water tanks. I have also seen various railroads install them on the stacks of oil burning engines, presumably to allow the crew to see the exhaust at night in order to determine if the engine is firing correctly. Get them if you can. |
