Does anyone know the original identity or history of CSX car 985375MW "Spirit of Safety" car?

Its located on Oak Ridge Rd (address Many, LA) on the shores of Toledo Bend Lake, along with a caboose.

I couldn't find any info on the car's history using a Google search, however, I did find an additional photo:

Taken by Bruce Mercer on 7/20/1993: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Dk1Qkt-B7Qc/UBXIfUwIUkI/AAAAAAABCTE/3GEB6S7kcjs/s720/BM00445-XXXXX.jpg

The #985375 is the third car back, behind CSXT #982906 and #985513 (a lightweight coach). The fourth car is #940700, a former B&O modified heavyweight coach.

Looking at the linked Morscher photo of #985375 in the above post, and the below photo of the #940700, there are a few commonalities between the two cars:

http://www.northeast.railfan.net/images/csx940700.jpg (North East Rails photo)

Both the #985375 and #940700 are labeled for the Detroit Division, and the above photo of #940700 reveals that this car also carried "Spirit of Safety" lettering. Looking at the Morscher photo of #985375, it is apparent that it was lettered "Spirit of Safety II". The #940700, however, does not have Roman numerals after "Spirit of Safety".

Also, both cars are painted in the same variant of the CSXT Blue & Gray paint scheme.

It would appear that both cars saw use for safety instruction, with the division labeling and names implying that the two cars were used together, not separately.

As of 2001, the #940700 was located in Willard, Ohio. See here: http://www.trainorders.com/discussion/read.php?2,306516

As of 2007, the #940700 was reportedly owned by the Midwest Railway Preservation Society. See here: https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/clevelandrails/conversations/topics/13504
