 Post subject: A WWII PCC At OERM Needed Spiffing Up

Los Angeles Transit Lines (LATL) PCC 3100 badly needed a paint job. That was done last summer. Inside required a new floor. The ceiling looked good but the seat backs ... Whoever said graffiti started with spray cans forgot pen knives. The dash board. The signs. Etc. My one month spiff up is at two months and rolling and I have to convince Smatlak the insides of the doors look awful.

Being a rare WWII baby she has no chrome and other materials are compromised. But she's a runner. Here are some progress pictures:
