Post subject:  OT post: can someone help me ID some 1940s plane pictures?

Please indulge me this OT post: can someone help me ID some 1940s airplane pictures with year and model information? They are located at:

I know some are Pipers, but that's about all I know.

Well, the first one appears to be a 1939 Stinson 105. The Pipers are all J-3 Cubs. The second photo is a mystery to me.

That third plane could be some sort of army liason or spotter plane. I recognize the model, but can't remember the company that built it.

Absolutely! Dunno why that didn't register. A 1935 model, I believe.
