This Seaboard Coastline Observation business car ( Richmond) owned by the
ASRY Railroad has been sold to Terry Byrne, the same gentleman that bought
the N&W steam engine for display at Bellville, Ohio.

He will move the car to Bellville for remodeling and display this week along
with his other displays of cars and engine

The car has now been moved to Longview Ave in Mansfield from the ASRY yard
to have parts removed from the undercarriage to lower the height to below
12.9ft for transport on the truck to Bellville

The Rt is to be Rt 13 to Rt 71 to Bellville

Don't assume that everyone knows that ASRY are the reporting marks for the Ashland Railway in Ohio.

Um, what "N&W steam engine" are we referring to? The 4-6-2 at Worthington? I thought 578 was headed to JJJ's stable...

It is the 917 from Roanoke. An earlier discussion is at:

Anyone know the history of this car? When did the Ashland get it? Found some other pics of it but no history. Wonder what the selling price was.
