Post subject:	NYO&W NW2 116 Move to the DURR in Arkville
Former NW2 116 is loaded and ready to go in Binghampton: http://naphotos.nerail.org/showpic/?200 ... 128195.jpg They expect the engine will leave Binghamton tomorrow morning (Monday the 18th) and arrive Kelly corners (near Arville) between 1:30 and 3. This is of course subject to change. EH

LATEST - NYSDOT is not accepting the load due to weight distribution on the trailer. An amended permit is being filed. Hopefully they will roll tomorrow (Tuesday, 5/19). EH
