A friend asked me to trace what Baldwin builders plate 38041 July 1912 came off Im sure an expert here can provide the answer He thinks it may be Missouri Pacific?

It is one of 10 2-8-0's built for the International and Great Northern

38037-38046, road numbers 410 - 410

22x30, 57" drivers

The I&GN ultimately became part of the Missouri Pacific so it seems to match.
