Post subject:  reuse of scrap railroad car

Below is a request for someone to step forward for a free railroad car. Is this an opportunity for a rr museum in the area to cutoff a portion of the car and use it to present exhibits inside - ala California State Railroad Museum and it's 1/2 dining car up against a wall?
