I recall reading at the time NCL was interested in SSUS that the ship is heavily silted in at the pier and will need to be dredged before moving.

If I remember correctly the SSUS is still floating clear of the mud, as NCL had done hull inspections from underwater to survey hull condition. (the hull is in very good shape)
Just downstream the USS Wisconsin was moored at former Phila. Navy Shipyard and faced upstream for over 30 years. It had to have dredging to free it from the mud.
