C&R is getting $732,000 for:

I wonder what their plans are for this?

As I remember from what my Dad told me the line dated back yo his childhood although he called it the Reading Columbia line. It Branches off of the Lebanon Valley Branch of Reading lines in Sinking Springs and ran /runs Parallel to Fritztown Road through the villiages of Fritztown, Vinemont, Reinholds and on through Denver PA. I am glad to see a revitaization of that line! Best Regards to all! Paulie
