The bridge in question is an ex-RDG (nee PRR ROW) bridge over the Schuylkill River in Fairmount Park. Where there were once four tracks, there are now two, so I would like to clarify that the telephoto effect makes Mr. Trespasser appear much closer to the Watasch than he actually is.

The bridge is fairly easily trespassed upon from several trails within Fairmount Park. I am frankly surprised this didn’t happen on the trip into town!

I'm not approving of this fellows trespass or apparent interest in testing his balance against the possibility of falling. However:

He's got nothing on Pink Shirt Guy.

In all candor, if PSG had pulled that stunt in front of me, I would have to employ every resource at my disposal to not administer the sound thrashing he so obviously needs.
