Trolley for sale, located at the Huntsville Historic Depot located in Huntsville Alabama.
Trolley runs on 36” gauge track, engine runs diesel fuel, has 5 wooden bench seats, trolley needs some work to make operational as it hasn’t run in over a year.
The tracks have been taken up so the trolley is no longer useable for our operation.
Asking 700.00 or best offer, for further information you can email at (sps4400@gmail.com)or PM me
Purchasing party will make all arrangements for removal of item.

Could you please provide a photo or two, or perhaps a link to see it?
Thanks.

It isn't "E." I'd classify this as a sort of people mover / overgrown speeder. Potentially useful in the right location, but more for tourism and not preservation.

In response to 6-18003 yes that is the item. I apologize as I am new to the posting of items on RYPN,maybe it should not have been called a trolley but that is what it has always been called. We are just looking to find a good home for it.

I suggest posting it on "Discover Live Steam":
https://discoverlivesteam.com/forsale/index.html

I suspect that you will easily find a buyer for it, and the track, on through that web site.

You also might try a different market for one of this style, Amusement Parks:
https://www.usedrides.com/

It might also bring in more money this way.

I definitely appreciate the help and I will look into both of those websites. This is one of reasons I came on RYPN, the networking that is made available has been very beneficial.

And tourism isn't a dirty word. I think we all need to be more driven by what we do for the outside world than what we do for ourselves within our little historic universe.

Can you give dimensions of the trolley? Also, how is it powered and how many axles does it have? How soon after an offer is accepted would it need to be removed?
